Trinexapac-ethyl
In four aerobic soil biodegradation studies with trinexapac-ethyl, the presence of the degradation product trinexapac-acid was confirmed. In Study c, maximum formation rate was 96 and 98% of AR, Mineralisation measured as volatile CO2 and bound residues were maximally 56% and 20% after 90 and 59 days for [14C-ring]-trinexapac-ethyl, and 49% and 13% for [14C-carbonyl]-trinexapac-ethyl. In Study d, performed with 1,2,6-14C-trinexapac-ethyl, trinexapac-acid was found in 93% of AR.
