Tetraconazole
In the laboratory, the aerobic degradation of tetraconazole was studied, in two separate studies, in four different soils at 20-25°C, in the dark. No significant degradation was observed with extractable radioactivity almost completely found as parent compound (approx. 82% AR with 16% as bound residue after one year and 90-92% AR with 5-7% as bound residue after 100 days). No significant level of metabolites and CO2 was produced at the end of the studies in the four soils tested.
